Play legality
Legal as that printed card. It is not the same card as the non-ex with the same name.
ex (and older V / VMAX / GX) are Pokémon with a rulebox. They hit harder and usually give up two Prize cards when KO’d.
On TCSell they still file under the base character, but the catalog row is the specific printing. Do not sleeve an ex when your list says the regular Pokémon.
