Fees
Buyer fee is 0%. The seller pays 5% on the article (capped at €80). If that 5% does not cover the Stripe estimate, the estimate is added to the seller fee. Postage is shown per seller and paid by the buyer.

TCcert vs seller NM
A seller-typed NM is an opinion. A TCcert badge is a condition report from our grader on this copy (serial on tccert.com). TCSell does not promise a PSA number. Sellers may only step the TCcert condition worse, not better.
Photos
Photos are required from €25 and on every special print (manga, AA, SP). From €7.50 a front photo plus verification is required — TCcert is the default. A listing photo is the copy you buy, not catalogue art.
Shipping
Sellers ship from their country. Tracked postage is charged and required from €25 article (postage itself does not count). Each seller is a separate parcel. We are not a hub and we do not hold spare stock.
Disputes
Open a dispute on the order while it is shipped, or within 7 days after delivery. TCSell pays the seller or refunds that seller-order. A 14-day cooling-off right usually does not apply to used or individually described singles.
Why there is no eBay “market price”
TCSell is not a US price guide. We do not scrape sold listings or invent an average. When a card has our sold comps, we show them (date, condition, language, price, TCcert). Until then you only see live listings — or “No live offers”. A reference from a catalogue feed, if shown, is labelled “not a listing”.
