Terms of use
Last updated 7 September 2026
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older. The site is English. We ship inside the EU (and the UK where listed) as shown at checkout.
What TCSell is
TCSell is a catalogue-first marketplace for Magic: The Gathering and One Piece singles. Sellers list printings from our catalog. Buyers pay once at checkout. Behind that payment we open one order per seller.
Payment
We are merchant of record for the payment: you pay TCSell, we record the order, and we hold the funds until we can pay the seller. Stripe processes the card or wallet. Buyer platform fee is 0%. The seller pays a 5% fee on the article (capped at €80). If that 5% does not cover the estimated Stripe cost, the Stripe estimate is added to the seller fee. Postage is shown per seller and paid by the buyer.
Condition and photos
The seller is responsible for condition, language, foil, and authenticity. Photos are required at €25 and on every One Piece manga, AA, or SP. A listing is not a guarantee from TCSell that the card grades a particular way.
Shipping
The seller ships to the address collected at Stripe Checkout or saved on your account. Mark the order shipped and add tracking. The buyer should confirm arrival. If something is wrong, both sides should write hello@tcsell.com with the order id before opening a chargeback.
Withdrawal
Most listings are used or individually described trading cards. A 14-day cooling-off right usually does not apply to those. Sealed, unopened products sold by a professional seller may still carry a withdrawal right if the seal is intact — contact us within 14 days of delivery. Digital catalog data is free and has no withdrawal.
Prohibited
No counterfeits, stolen goods, or listings that are not the catalog printing. No scraping other marketplaces to fill this one. We may hide a listing or close an account if these terms are broken.
Liability
We keep the catalog and checkout running. We are not the shipper and not a grading company. Nothing here is investment advice. Dutch law applies. Courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
