One grade up
Free accountEach priced row buys the lower slab at the guide price and sells it on the next priced PSA rung. The leftover is what remains if the copy actually comes back there, after the PSA fee and about 10% to sell the new slab. A grade with no guide price stays on the list. Dirt on the surface can sometimes earn that one rung. Centering, corners, edges, and a crease cannot. The prices do not say which of those held this copy down.

A positive leftover is only worth opening the slab when the card in hand is limited by surface.

Expected value already subtracts the raw buy and the PSA grading fee. That fee is the Europe tier and includes shipping the card to PSA and the slab back. It also subtracts selling costs: 10% of the expected sale, for the marketplace fee, the payment fee, and shipping the slab to the buyer. It is not a separate postage invoice. Positive on the average copy is Submit; positive only on a clean copy is Cherry-pick.
