Print finish
AA / alt art
Alternate illustration of the same card. Legal; collectors pay extra for the art.
Play legality
Same card for play. You may sleeve an AA in a constructed deck.
AA (alternate art) reprints the same collector name with a different illustration. Judges care about the name and number, not the pose.
Photos are expected when you sell an AA here. The cheap normal exists so players do not have to risk the pretty one.

Other print finishes
Normal
The set printing. Same rules text as the flashier versions.
Manga
Panel-style art, usually the chase. Same card for play.
SP / Super parallel
Super parallel — a premium treatment of an existing card, not a new effect.
Parallel
Extra foil or layout of the same collector number. Still that card for constructed.
